This is one of the last old time hardware stores around. Great service and selection at good prices. This is my first stop for any project I'm working on and 99% of the time it's the only place I need to go. Hardware, tools, welding supplies, plumbing, paint, lawn and garden, nursery supplies, or sometimes you just want a good pocket knife. Make it your first stop and support your hometown business!

A true value at its finest. After damaging my 20 feet long 30 amp hookup to our recreational vehicle (I’m embarrassed but I drove off from home and traveled 10 miles on the highway still plugged in its socket) . Needless to say our vacation to Cumberland State Park was ruined. Not only were the RV supply stores closed or out of this very expensive required hookup, but the reservations were going to charge us since my ailing husband and I couldn’t make the trip. Underwood True Value Store 100% made our trip a success. They took out their time to go far beyond their duty without a charge. It was truly helping a person in need. Love this store. We always try to buy from here before trying elsewhere. Great staff, great prices, it's like small town shopping in the 1980s when all was right in the world.

This place has alot of great deals and the staff is always excellent.Highly recommend this place they have about everything you can think of in there.They know there stuff to unlike Lowes employs.
