FlowSeal did an excellent job tearing out my old driveway and pouring a brand-new one. Communication was great from start to finish — clear timelines, quick responses, and no surprises. The quality of the work really shows, and the finished driveway looks fantastic. I would absolutely recommend FlowSeal to anyone needing driveway work.

Terrible experience with Flowseal. They gave me a written quote for $172.50 in April and then ignored me for months. When they finally responded, they suddenly raised the price to $300 with no explanation. They showed up at my house without notice, then claimed my home was ?too far away? and deleted all the quotes and invoices they?d sent me. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and unreliable. I tried to be patient and work with them in good faith, but they kept changing prices, avoiding communication, and making excuses. The fact that they deleted all documentation after I questioned them says a lot about how they do business. Flowseal wasted my time and broke their word. I would never recommend this company to anyone save yourself the frustration and go with someone more trustworthy.

This was our first experience using FlowSeal Surface, but hundreds of other businesses provide similar services. The team did a quality job, using premium materials at a fair price. They kept me informed throughout the process and were easy to work with. I'd recommend them for your next project.

I would like to thank Kelly and everyone at FowSeal Maintenance Inc. for going above and beyond to help a with a unhappy homeowner, the homeowner felt that there were defects in the driveway and felt it should have been covered under warranty, there were no defects The driveway was installed properly it had been done a year prior to the homeowner moving in, flowSeal Maintenance Inc. gave her a qoute they stood by it and did not go back on their word they offered her half price on a seal coat to make things right, something that they didn't have to do. The homeowner was not very cooperative by not responding back with a phone call and not moving a vehicle from the driveway when the crew showed up to do the job. FlowSeal was in constant communication with the homeowner but got no response

We used flowseal to completely renovate our driveway 3 years ago. We knew that they were expanding their business into blacktop, however trusted Logan and his team. Not completely unexpected with the new addition into the asphalt business, they made a mistake however completely fixed the mistake, going above and beyond making the situation right. They just came out 3 years later to seal coat prior to our graduation party and our driveway looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend and use FlowSeal again. Thank you Logan!
