There is absolutely no communication with this business. They don't schedule anything and just say they have you on their imaginary schedule. We have been waiting weeks for service, that has continued to get pushed back because they claim to be finishing other projects even though they have already started ours but have not finished. You will have to reach out time and time again to receive no answer. There seems to be no competency of knowing when to schedule service to finish our project and there is no communication what so ever. Definitely do not recommend this business.

We had a less than desirable experience with TFL. Our project took nearly 3-4 months, we never knew when they were coming (they did not schedule, but rather just showed up [or did not show up when they said they would]). Communication was terrible. At the completion of the project, our readers still were not working and we had to ultimately call in another company to finish the project.

Mechanic had to pivot on the installation due to an issue with the existing door, however was sure to not close the work order until we were satisfied with the install of the new door handle. We are pleased with the work, and would recommend to our fellow business colleagues.

Great service, we have a commercial door that several locksmiths have worked on and no one has been able to fix it correctly till now. Rodny knew exactly what to do and had us back up and working right away. Thanks for the excellent service and we will be using them again for any locksmith work at our building.
