PLEASE PLEASE DON'T LET FIDEL IN YOUR HOUSE. We had a complete new floor put in by Fidel and his uncle. Not only did Fidel take $4,500 from us for the install, but when we noticed several tiles were poorly installed and angled up, as well as bad grout, he never came to see the issue, but sent texts stating that he would give us some money back ($500 for materials and pay another installer to fix). Fidel didn't send money then went quiet and not answered my calls/texts for at least a month. I then went to his registered business address (He has two) on Saturday and was very polite, were he again promised me money back to fix, but he needed until today. Well today he is now stating that he would sue me for harassing him. I have all the texts and recordings of him promising to give us some mo

Fidel completed several projects when we completely renovated our house including floor/shower/backsplash tile, many plumbing projects, installing baseboards, door frames, doors, door handles, and more. He holds himself to a high standard, and asked great questions about our specific needs. In addition, he is a pleasure to work with, patient with curious dogs and children, and fast became a family friend. Fidel is also the most responsive and reliable contractor we hired for our total house renovation. We will hire Fidel for more work at our home and we give him our highest recommendation.
