Focus On Comfort

Had an issue with the Air Conditioning blower. I called a couple of places I found online and asked friends for referrals. During this time a year HVAC companies are super busy but I was lucky enough to come across Focus Heating and AC. They arrived within an hour. Edward and Ron was very professional and efficient. They isolated the problem, needed a new capacitor and air flow mechanism, and quickly fixed it. Best of all they were very reasonable with the service charge. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again if another issue arises. I highly recommend their services.

I had several different appliance repair companies tell me that the part that I needed to fix my Bosch dishwasher was discontinued and that I would need to purchase a new machine. Since I have panel covering on it it would be very expensive to replace with a panel ready unit. Ron from Focus answered the phone himself and 15 minutes later was at my house! He diagnosed the problem and fixed it!!!!! After 2 months of different people lying to me because they were not knowledgeable and or not honest-I now have a completely fixed machine with no expense other than the extremely reasonable service fee. I could not be more impressed. I will only use this company from now on and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Called this morning to fix our air conditioner and they came to the house within a couple of hours. After the storm today, the workers called to follow up to make sure everything was still running right. Will definitely be using these guys again. Excellent work and more than reasonable price.
