EDIT. EDIT. EDIT. EDIT. Your tech changed out my hvac transformer without my prior authorization and then charged me almost $250 for that service besides the service call charge. He then had me sign the authorization form as they were leaving. And because of your electronic form system i could not tell what I was signing. That's HORTIBLE SERVICE and dishonest practice for your customers. Fogle Services reached out to me after seeing my earlier poor review. Their technicians were very honest in their report of the service call events and that is extremely commendable. After their investigation their rep agreed that the service that I received was not up to their standards. Fogle Sevices offered a very fair settlement after our conversation and I am very pleased to get a great outcome.

Our price range is due to the fact we pre paid for 2 services for the year so please take that into account when you see the range. He did a good job, quick and efficient. Friendly. Provided a lot of photos and explanation of services completed. Overall very good experience

Cameron was professional and nice. He asked if he needed to take his shoes off before coming in which I thought was very courteous. He listened to what issues we were having and then went to check things out. He gave some helpful tips and further options after he did his inspection.

Cameron was great! Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. It was a Sunday and in the evening and still was courteous and upbeat. A lot of people could easily have been upset about the timing of the call but he was great. Keep the guy on… you have a good one.

Foglel Services was able to send a Tech out short notice for same day service. Nicholas came out and did a thorough check of my HVAC and ensured everything was good after the system had gone off line for a while. Nicholas was very professional and knowledgeable, and did a great job. Thank you.
