We love our new Kitchen ! ..the designer did a great job showing us what our kitchen would look like before we purchased, love the 3D designs and once installed they were beautiful. The installers were so polite and cleaned up daily, which we apricated very much. There were hiccups, but they made every effort and explained our options, they resolved it all. 2. Our bathroom was such an improvement, we needed a much wider shower with handicap features and a custom wide glass door. Wasn't even a challenge for them. 3. Overall great experience considering the scale of the project. Special thanks to Kip the owner for taking contacting us personally to make sure were satisfied. *photos before appliances, range hood and glass doors arrived

I'm not generally one to leave a review of a company, but they really went above and beyond for my family and I. Like so many, our home was badly damaged from Sally. Between dealing with insurance, the water restoration process and supply shortages, the rebuild has taken over a year. Kip and his team have shown us endless patience with our questions and indecisiveness. Like many people.. I've never even thought about all the little details it takes to build and design a space. I'm so thankful have and they had a designer there to tell me what cabinets look best with my floors. The whole process was very intimidating going in.. especially when it was because of a storm and not by choice.. but they made it feel less overwhelming. Kip.. please thank your whole team for us! All the reviews were great so I was excited to get started with this company. Their representative came to the house and brought a contractor, I was told it would take about a week to generate an estimate of materials. During that week I sent some colors I liked and a couple of questions and I was not getting any response from the designer . Once the week was up I sent an email to the designer and told her I needed someone who was going to be responsive to emails . She immediately responded saying that she could not get my cabinets to meet our timeline and I would have to find someone else ...which if she had paid attention I had asked for an estimate on painting and replacing . I then left a message for someone from management. to call me and got no response. Very very disappointing

My shower remodel should have taken only one day but it turned into five months! Due to their incompetence ! Wrong size pan, wrong color trim, wrong color caulking, not enough caulking and a few other things. And then, when I talked to the owner Kip to reduce the price because of the hastles he said that he doesn't do that. I wouldn't trust them to change a toilet paper roll!! Minus 5 stars!!!

For many months my wife and I have wanted to remodel our bath but finding some one that was knowledgeable and and responsive was impossible and had almost given up. A friend told us to call Coastal Kitchen & Bath and with in just a few days we were set up to meet and go over what we wanted and measure. The next week we were picking out the flooring, cabinets and fixtures we wanted. Today we have the bath that we had visioned for moths. Very responsive and courteous.
