Put bare minimum renovations in the parking garage now they price gouge and it’s almost double to park there then what it was last year. Event rates are up and in general the rates are up. Every time I call about it they give me new excuses and tell me things that they didn’t tell me last time to justify their price gouging. Parking tickets are barely more expensive if not the same price.

Not well marked. I backed in space and damaged my suv. This spot should be labeled “no suv or compact only.” Notice pics where other beams are painted. Duquesne U does not give a S#\T! They will not take responsibility for anything. Talked to my insurance co. as well. They laughed and said “you can’t imagine how many people have had issues in this garage and DU just ignores everybody.” Avoid this garage if possible.

Permit only now, basically no parking for visitors

It's a lil on the dull side..not much to look at for 2 hrs when your broke down waiting for your hubby to fix the problem and pray you make it out of there and hopefully closer to home...plus the entrance to it is tricky..if not from the area you'll pass it lol.

I got to spend a “wonderful” 20 min tour, with several other people, trying to get out of this garage. While everyone was sure you needed to drive to the 7th floor to get out, since the other exits are blocked off, the instructions posted on the temporary signs left you stranded from there. And to take in to consideration that people from all walks of life had issues and most of us had to bother the public safety guard to get out…AND the number on the back of the ticket didn’t work….I would say that the company that owns the garage is more invested in something else than customer service.
