Awful place to park. I pay for a monthly reserved space, but it’s frequently taken by other drivers who haven’t paid for a reserved spot. I’ve reported this issue to management multiple times, but nothing is ever done to resolve it. To make things worse, one day I couldn’t park in my reserved space because someone else was in it — and I got a tow notice for parking elsewhere! Totally unfair. Their electric vehicle chargers also rarely work, and they never seem to fix them. For the amount they charge, the service and maintenance are completely unacceptable.

Completely deceptive pricing. Weekend rate of $14 for >2 hrs. Stayed Sat PM to Sun AM (at the hotel next door), the machine charged me $30. Told me call on Monday to get a credit. So I did. At first they said it’s $14 per day, then they said since it was overnight it was $30. Sign with rates at entrance and pay station are WRONG and this lot is a rip-off. Also ran into a bum inside the garage spitting on the ground and begging for money.

Terrible parking experience. Very expensive. Could’ve paid a butler to watch over my car for 24 hrs for the same price AND it would’ve been safer. Their “security” is non-existent

Parked our car here for the weekend while staying at the Hotel across the street. Our vehicle, and 5 others were broken into in one night. We are from out of town and we are upset by the lack of cameras in this garage. Zero cameras. Be very cautious of parking here, we heard its not uncommon.

This isn't a review, just my concern. I have to admit after reading some of these reviews I am extremely hesitant to park here tomorrow . Take care of your building, keep it clean, nothing worse then having to park my car and walk through such vile conditions. Health hazard. Ugh 😫
