Called for service. Misdiagnosed the problem & accidentally turned off the hot water in the house... then they told us to call several additionally vendors to fix. The manager Vinny got upset that we called other vendors & said that THEY could fix all the issues. He refused to find out what the problem was and was actually so rude. Save yourself the frustrations.
