We have five ponds throughout our neighborhood, and several of them had ongoing issues—persistent algae problems, fountains not working properly, and poor water quality. Cody and his team came in and immediately took action. They balanced the pH levels in all of our ponds, repaired and unclogged every non-functioning fountain, and provided helpful, forward-thinking suggestions for long-term maintenance and improvement. I have never had to write such a negative review but I feel people should know what they are going to experience. I contracted Foster Lake and Pond to rehabilitate a pond that was in need of a dig out and cleanout due to years of cattle access before I owned the property. The mission was to 1) Dig the pond deep enough so that plants and grass would not grow in the middle of the pond. 2) Create a pond that is maintainable. I am sad to say that after 7 months it was easy to see that neither goal was met as shown in the pictures. These are pictures 7 months after the completed job. After speaking with Foster Lake and Pond I was told that " This is not uncommon for plants/weeds to grow in deep or shallow water" and " sediment along the one edge could be removed but would not be dire".

Since switching from my previous pond management company at my apartment complex to Foster Lake, it has been nothing but amazement and improvement beyond my wildest dreams. Rob is absolutely incredible to work with and I'm so grateful that I got to meet them and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for Amazing customer service and communication

Had this company build me a 3/4 acre pond last year. Numerous mistakes were made. They tore down a 50+ year old white oak that we wanted to keep as a swing over the pond. Didn't build up one side of the pond high enough so it just overflowed (how does that even happen). Made the back of the dam too steep and its significantly eroding away. Contacted them multiple times, but the manager Wesley is no longer with the company. Too many other problems too list.
