Foster's has been a great contractor for EBB! They made quick and quality work. very easy to work with, professionalism. They made the entire process seamless. Everything from bid/estimate, preconstruction survey (including necessary photos), submittals to the city and FEMA, actual site work (that was completed in one day with Mike) and the city inspection/approval all went very smoothly.
