The dispatcher flagged my address "no heat," and technician Ryan pulled it from the board at the very end of his shift. Ryan was thorough, patient, and skilled. Fosters Kraus is a wonderful, kind, understanding company. I called with A/C issues at 8:00 in the morning. They found a way to fit me into Johnny's schedule the same day. Johnny showed up very late in the day (after 6:30 p.m.) with a smile and an abundance of patience, and quickly fixed our issue (he was awesome!). The price for the service was very fair, especially given the same-day service. I will use this company again!

Called at 7:40 on a cold Saturday night with furnace that wouldn't stay on. Byron came out, replaced the failed fuel switch (under factory warranty so only had to pay the labor), and had heat working by 9:30. Even pointed out how to modify the intake piping to prevent the problem from recurring.
