Well, I don't know why one person rated this one star. From the freakishly large, but passable super-long speedbump, to the coarse gravely texture, to the nice deep puddles to the scary fenced off man-hole surrounded by fence on the borders, it literally shrieks 'please don't leave me in 1-star purgatory'. Founder's lot, we salute you! There are thorn olive bushes within 100 yards of the lot, can you find them? (and pick them and make a jam and send it to me ;) )
