Fountain Park Garage

I was driving my mom's car, she is handicapped and will be driving it next and we PAY MONEY every month to park in this garage. Today they had several non-handicapped cars taking up the spaces and I had to drive up 3 levels just for a normal spot. Not to even mention the constant construction, horrible smells of urine, and the seeming lack of care from the garage owners in any regard.

Very small garage, not ideal for trucks, vans or large SUVS. The turns to go to the next floor are sharp and narrow and often requiring backing up to make the turn without swiping a parked car. The exit is a literal spiral and comes out abruptly to the gate which if you are going too fast you could come down on other cars too quickly. Do not recommend.

Often a very quiet garage. Stairs and elevator extend upwards for fifteen half-floors to the roof. Beams are only about eight feet off of the ground and the cement will break off of the beams if you hang on them. Roof view is very nice and you can walk into the garage at no cost. Trash cans are usually full and in poor condition, with small amounts of litter. Fire equipment is located in the stairwell. There is a very steep ladder leading to a locked room at the top of the stairwell. At the bottom of this ladder is the electrical panel. Garage is good for continuous downward biking.

The garage needs refurbishing, Poor lighting, and city dirt & Grit - not much different than other city garages. The elevator service is sporadic. To the city's credit they are planning to upgrade the elevator. To monthly customers the downside is it will take 10 weeks to put the elevator back in service. Very inconvenient for those of us who live here and now must truck groceries up & down dirty stairwells that flood in heavy rain. Frank Wiegand

Almost got hit by valet from the Marriott hotel. They love speeding up and down the garage. Truly unprofessional. Sadly it wont ever change until someone gets hit or killed
