Ordered a concrete rabbit statue June 13th, he said it would be ready in a couple weeks. I called August 15th, was put on hold for a few minutes (probably looking for my order which was never ordered). The order was not ready. He said it would be another few weeks to get it made. Called me September 10 stating statue was ready. Today (September 11th) I went to pick up the order. When I inspected the statue I noticed that one of the rabbit’s paws was broken. I brought this to the employees attention and was told, “that’s just how it comes out of the mold.” I later saw the original rabbit for the item and the advertised rabbit’s hand was not broken. I went to get a refund and the person was quite rude and dismissive. Why would he lie about the mold?

A great place in the heart of old Milford for fountains and statues. Spans the block, but if they don't have it they can order it. Reasonable pricing and friendly help. Warning, you will spend more time browsing than the time you allot.

I had them fix my fountain, they installed a faulty pump, and the welds they did had to be redone so the fountain didnt work the second time we turned it on. I had them come back and they replaced the faulty pump and charged me $775 full price for new pump, $680 to redo the welds they didn't do right originally, and $131 for travel from Milford to Anderson. While fixing the pump they took my light because the didn't have the right sized bulb and they have yet to return the light after months. I called and complained about the bill and they credited $500 for the cost of the original pump and they said the replacement was bigger and cost more. No resolution after multiple calls for the rest of the issues.

Paid $400 for delivery and setup. They delivered, moved the rocks out, set it in the dirt and then said the GFCI outlet that was there for the last fountain for over 10 years was not good. Did not install the pump, said they would be back after we called an electrician. The box had bury rated cable and GFCI in an outdoor rated box. We finished the assembly, installed the pump and plugged it in. Called Fountain Specialist for some level of refund and were told they would take care of it. Three more calls and nothing. No refund and you get to install it yourself. Never again. Find someone else.
