Four Seasons HVAC

Four seasons came to my house in August to replace my AC and furnace. We had just bought our house recently and whoever did work on it before made it a hot mess but four seasons moved the location of our return vent and thermostat and cleaned up after they were done!! I was very impressed with their customer service and their service at my house! Everything has been working smoothly since the ! I cannot thank them enough!!

I’m honestly shocked that Four Seasons Heating and Air is still allowed to operate. My experience with this company was blatantly unethical, unprofessional, and felt borderline predatory. They did not fix the issue they were called out for and instead focused entirely on pushing a sale. The technician attempted to sell me an outdated, out-of-compliance unit and flat-out told me it wouldn’t be covered under my warranty. That was a lie. When I contacted the warranty company directly, they said a new unit could potentially be covered depending on what Four Seasons reported. That made it painfully clear that this company either doesn’t know what it’s doing—or is intentionally misleading customers to line its pockets. Things escalated when I tried to cancel. We rent...and our a.c. wasn't blowing cold air...landlord called and technic came out. Was here for literally 3 minutes. I. That time he came in and talked to us. Then proceeded to walk outside and stare at the outside unit. Not even bending over he made his diagnosis (amazing skills) he then left.. total time under 4 minutes..needs to be charged he said..next day two employees showed up and walked over to unit then proceeded to put freon in two minutes later he discharged refrigerant from tank and then the hoses.....one stared at the unit while the other tried to charge it...never once doing any inspection or anything...then they left total time 12 minutes for two visits, inspection, charging unit and being professional.....lol. all on camera ,charged 400 dollars......and told landlord

I just want to give a huge thank you to Four-season heating and cooling on the install of my new furnace. It started with Mark when he came to my home to give me an estimate to replace my furnace. Mark was very knowledgeable and explained things to me in great detail about replacing my furnace (women don’t understand things like that ) and I had lots of questions. The day of my install Todd, Cory, and Will were great. They came in and removed the old unit, put in the new unit ( which was gross to me) and cleaned up behind themselves so good that I didn’t have to go behind them! Along the install process I had questions and they went above and beyond. The work was excellent. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends!

This is a top notch company. I called them on Friday because my A/C stopped and Mark came over that evening inspected/checked my system and priced the repair. The repair of a twenty -two year old system was not a rational one so I had them replace everything. I have a finished basement but I wanted the Freon lines changed. To avoid drywall damage I asked them to relocate my A/C lines and electrical boxes and compressor to the other side of the house. They did all of this in one day and were totally professional and responsible. Call them you won’t be disappointed.
