Fourth Street Parking Ramp

I parked here for a concert that was at the varsity theater and I was very surprised to see how empty it was even with a concert close by. Parking was very affordable too compared to events at the Armory. There was a lot of room in between spots to back up as well. If you’re a woman, the area around it is pretty well lit too. Highly recommend in general!

Worst parking ramp ever. I have been in my car and heading to the exit now for 30 minutes. I may have moved 40 feet. This is after a high school basketball game. Cars are honking throughout the ramp. I will never park here again.

Some of the cheapest parking that I've ever seen in Minneapolis or any big city for that matter. Within easy walking distance of dinky town and seems like a very safe covered place to park.

Easily accessable and well kept. Good place to have a parking contract in as it is near the campus connectors. Had a contract here for two years while going to the U of M and absolutely loved it. Granted it’s not indoors or heated, but never had security concerns or problems finding a spot to park. Decently priced and easy to get to!
