I called this company on Wednesday Aug 31 to order concrete. He told me they could possibly do it the next day (Sept 1) and he would call to verify. After not hearing from him, I called back sept 1st in the morning. He asked me to call back around lunch. I called him back at noon sept 1st. He said he'd then let me know within 1 hour. After not hearing back, I called back at 3pm. He stated that they could not deliver that day. I asked him to put me on the schedule. So, on Thursday Sept 1st, he looked at his schedule and asked me if Wednesday Sept 7th at 1:30pm would work. I told him yes, if that's the best he had. He then stated he would call me Monday Sept 5 to confirm. After not hearing from him on sept 5th, I called him today, Sept 6th to confirm. When I asked him to co

This place does not understand customer service at all. They completely underestimated the amount of concrete needed for a job. They estimated it would cost $2,000 and it came in at $3,200. Instead of offering an apology or an explanation, they let me know that they had lien rights on my property and they would be glad to take me to court if I didn't pay.
