Ryan and Jordan did an excellent job installing my new mini split system. They were professional, showed up on time, and finished earlier than expected. I'm very pleased with the result.

Our old AC units finally died and we needed to replace all of them. From the beginning to the end of this large home project everything was explained very well to us. Every person we had contact with at Fox Air was polite and informative. There were no surprises or delays. They did everything they were supposed to. They were exactly on time every day and very neat. I don't think they ever had to leave to go get something they didn't have. They worked the entire time they were here. The project finished on time and my 3 new AC units look beautiful and work perfect! We are very glad we chose Fox Air.

These guys are patient, dedicated and trustworthy. I've had nothing but good experiences with them over the last 2.5 years, from replacing an ancient furnace system with a new heat pump system and mini split to prioritizing same-day help for urgent situations and off-hours support. Eric was professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. He replaced the expansion tank, added glycol to improve freeze protection (now down to about -30°F), and addressed a pressure switch tubing issue. When an unexpected transformer failure occurred during the work, Eric handled it quickly and creatively by safely switching to an existing backup transformer, getting the boiler back up and running the same day. He clearly explained what was done and flagged a few items that may need follow-up in the future. Overall, solid work, good communication, and appreciated problem-solving under pressure. Would definitely use again.
