Fox's Brothers Arbor Care

I hired them for 3 jobs in a few years. Was pleased with their work and prices. The 4th job they came 2 days and had just a little left. My neighbor put up a canopy to discouraged dropping limbs falling in their yard and I wanted an area above my sitting area trimmed back. I paid them full after the 2nd day. "B" told me he had health problems and would never forget me. They never came back and quit answering the phone.

Did a great job the first 2 days. Paid for the entire job and they promised to come back and finish removing a large stump. First time I called wondering when they would finish the job they said they were behind due to equipment being broken. Weeks later I left 2 more voicemails asking when the job could be finished or if they would refund the portion of the payment that was meant for the stump removal. No response. Not worth pursuing with a lawyer, just hope no one else gets swindled like I did.

At the beginning of the tree removal process I thought the guys did a very good job but hadn’t finished by the end of the second day. I made the mistake of paying them that day. I haven’t seen them since. Several phone calls and text messages at the owner saying he would be out this day or that day but never shows up. Never calls me to tell what’s up or any reason why. At the beginning of the process we signed a contract of what I would pay and what he would do. He hasn’t fulfilled his obligations and I’m guessing he never will. I was referred to these guys by a friend but I’ll never refer them to anyone. I’m out all this money and can’t afford to finish the job. Don’t use these guys you can’t trust them to do what they say.

We were very impressed with Fox Brothers and could not have asked for better service. They removed a difficult tree (close power lines) very professionally and then cleaned it up and halued it away. Great job.
