Francis Builders

I am 60 and moved back into my folks home that I lived in since I was 2, done all the maintenance and improvements myself. I am a Licensed Builder, Purchasing Project Manager and CPA and love doing things myself. I started a flat roof replacement by myself. I tore off the old roof, installed Zip System Sheets, Taped and Sealed. I decided installing a one sheet EPDM Roof myself was too much. I called Francis Builders, Dale Quoted it on Monday and it was completed on Friday, no issues, perfect, exceeded my expectations, was completed fully on time and on budget. My next list of Projects, Francis Builders and their Team will be my Preferred Contractor! Thank you very much!

I received 3 bids for our roof and chose Francis Builders for the roof project (they were in the middle on price).  As far as I can tell they generally did a good job.  Roof looks good and there are no known issues.  There are multiple concerns, however, that were not addressed well.  There is an area above the bay window where they left cuts in the wall and water would clearly drain behind the neighboring siding (see photos).  I was just told that it was like that before they came (it was not) and that it wasn't part of the contract.  That is true, but clearly leaving it draining behind my siding is not acceptable.  I had to pay another contractor to come fix the problem.  Also, I had painters here the week after the roof was done and they noted multiple areas that were so soft they were
