Went on weekend. Parking lot was pretty much empty. Got to park by the bridge that connect to the entrance where you can get tickets. I got mine on smarttrip app. I am not sure how busy this place on weekdays but def a good convenience station.

Got lost and ended up in the garage for just 2 minutes. No way to turn around. Explain it to the attendant and no help, still charged me $8.95. I felt like being trapped! Would not recommend—be careful not to end up here by mistake.

Been here several times for multi-day parking. Sometimes multi-day parking is full but based in my experience you should be fine if you park close to the multi-day parking spots.

Very helpful Metro reps working at the station. Parking was great and close to the station entry but I was not sure how I would need to pay for parking and how much it would be. Eventually after speaking to another commuter and a station worker I found out what to do and how to get the best rate.

We were lost and accidently wound up in the garage. We were there maybe 2 minutes and found the exit. Yes. There were signs warning people of this, but there was absolutely no way to simply turn around to avoid the garage. When we explained this to the worker, he simply shooed us away and still made us pay in such a rude way. Would not recommend it, and do be careful not to wind up in here on accident! They will take your money one way or another.
