Hector & Anderson came to install a new HVAC system for my home. Very respectful, and ON TIME. Very organized and clean. They left the place good enough for me not to even think about touching anything. The system worked perfect and super silent. I almost wanted to replace the stand where the old system was, but they did such a good job they left it good as new. Thak you so much

Frank Gay came yesterday for a burst pipe issue. I was up-sold a water softening system for the house that required electrical work in the form of an electrical outlet and tapping inyo the the outside electrical panel. The electrical work alone was $600++ . I went out this morning and noted the outlet they installed lid does not close bec a use the wiring frim the water softner plug is in the way. Becausr of the wire in the way of it closing the electrical outlet is open to allow in water when it rains. The cover is not going to seal properly or be water proof and does not lock. I called customer service this morning. I told them the electrical outlet needs to be up to current standards of weather proof water proof and that can be locked. We called Frank Gay for Plumbing services. They sent a technician next day, which was appreciated. We knew exactly what we needed. We had replaced our fridge and the water connection wasn’t tying properly to the water hose so it needed to be replaced. We are not plumbers so we let “the expert” do the inspection. One hour later he provides a quote of $8,000 alleging our home needs all kinds of repairs. Mind you our home was build in 2019. My husband specified we ONLY needed the broken piece replaced and he provided a quote of $1,300 (can buy me another fridge for this price). He alleged even drywall work needed to be done because the whole thing supposedly needed to be replaced. We paid the $39 visit fee and decided to call a local plumber. We requested somebody to come look at troubleshooting our tankless water heater. He was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. After presenting all of the options we ended up scheduling for an upgraded installation a couple of days later. We had the same person for the install. We are 100% happy with the work that he did and the communication process through Frank Gay Services!
