⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Mr. Franklin came out within an hour of my phone call on a Saturday to pump our septic tank, excellent service right from the start. The owner quoted us a flat rate over the phone and honored that price even though the pump-out exceeded the 1,000 gallons he originally quoted. He truly went above and beyond by taking the time to explain our system and discuss possible repair options we may need in the future, without any pressure. The owner is honest, fair, and incredibly knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Franklin Septic to anyone in need of septic maintenance or repairs.

After another company I used to use got bought out by a big corporation I went hunting for another company and came across Franklin Septic. He took the time on the phone to talk me through everything I needed to do to get a perc test and permit with no preasure to even use him once I had it all. Once I got the permit, he came out and quoted the job and we agreed to the price and he was out within a couple of days and got our new drainage field in. We had an absolute deluge of a rain storm and quite a bit of settlement (about a foot in a couple of spots) and when they saw it they said that it was definitely more that what is acceptable for them and came back out and filled the settlement areas in. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and spoke only from the kindness of his heart as we haven’t even used their services yet. He gave me tips and tricks to keep my septic system running well and to keep future costs down. He helped me to avoid unnecessary services and is clearly dedicated to actually helping his customers. Highly recommend, we will be working with them from here on out!
