Can’t say enough about the service provided today. They were fast to address our well problem, answered all of our questions and took their time to ensure a quality job was done.

We had issues with our well tank and were under warranty. Franks was very responsive and quickly made good on replacing the well tank. They were out at my residence within an hour and had the work done in 40 minutes. Great work from a great business.

Franks employees came to the house and worked hard for two hours to release my pitless adapter. Once freed my pump would only come up about 10 ft. They advised me to call a competitor that was better equipped to handle my situation. Fully expecting to pay for the two hours of hard physical labor and rightfully earned I was told there would be no charge! I am 40 years HVAC project manager and was and still am amazed at this level of integrity and service. Keep up the great service! Office staff was very responsive, thorough and professional.

If I could give this company negative star reviews I would. DO NOT call this company to help with any kind of well issues. They are liars and will over charge you for work that is NOT needed. The previous owners of this company were kind and truthful and nothing like the current owners. Recently had this company quote me to fix my well that had water when they arrived, until they came and messed up all the piping at my pump causing NO water to run in my house where I have kids. After quoting my family 10+K to re-dig a whole new well, they stated it would be 1-2 weeks to get it done or start, ( knowing I have small children at home). I decided to call a different company for a second opinion and they came the same day, and had my pump working and water in my house the same day for $7500 les

They came out on short notice which is good, but proceeded to make an $1870.00 repair without permission from me (the owner). I have worked in the service industry for years and would never do this to a customer. I should have refused to pay the bill since they were never authorized to do the work. Beware and consider calling a different company for well service. Other reviewers describe similar experiences, so this is clearly their normal routine for screwing customers.
