I used to be satisfied with their services until I received my invoice where it was over $1k to install a valve and they couldn’t indicate what the expenses were. They told me it was a flat rate. I explained most places will itemize their invoices so you know what you are paying for they continued to tell me it’s a flat rate which is 1k!? Totally disappointed and will use anyone else in the future.
