Nice guys but lacked Expirience. I have a brick house and they changed the system because they had to drill holes in spite of my offering to drill the holes. They left pipes exposed without insulation, they didn’t insulate holes they drill in an outside wall. They drained a heat pump onto a tool rack. They filled in voids with spray foam that they left uncovered. They had lots of excuses but did a poor job and then blamed me for their lack of professionalism. They left a huge amount of uncovered lines that looked amateur.

We recently requested a quote from Freedom Air. Craig promptly responded to our inquiry and thoroughly review all aspects of the installation. We received his estimate within days and he immediately replied to any questions we had. Craig was prompt, courteous and professional and would recommend considering Freedom Air.

It’s hard to trust any contractor these days. They’re quick to take your money and leave a mess behind. I've had a problem for several years with my furnace not coming back on after a warm day. I couldn't get my furnace person to solve the problem. Craig diagnosed the problem, got the part and I have had no problem since. Craig also serviced my gas "on demand" hot water unit. Craig is responsive and knows what he is doing! I feel lucky to have found him .
