We had a number of projects the needed to be done: two replacement sets of stairs, a small deck off our garage and a larger deck that was a new build on the back of the house. The team from Freedom Fence were clean, friendly and professional. The work is absolutely top notch. We could not be more pleased with our new deck and other projects. A lot of attention to detail and high quality materials went into this job. Would recommend and will likely use them again in the future!

We are almost 10 months late writing this but still needed to do so. Todd and his crew were great to work with. If something was off just a little, they would take care of it. Summer 2022, they did a wooden fence for me with a large gate, so the firewood truck can get in the yard. While the price was a lot more than I expected, I knew in advance. You can always get another estimate. Anyway, the 2 workmen were professional, friendly, did a very nice job. They even swept up the sawdust in the driveway, and put down black dirt and grass seed where the ground was disturbed. A quality job.

Company doesn’t even open until 9:30am, but we have 2-3 workers outside of our windows every morning at 6:00am hitting boards with hammers, using saws and drills. Everyone in my house has covid right now and I have a 3 year old who is trying to sleep. Plattsburghs noise ordinance says that you could get a $500 fine for using construction equipment between 7am-9:30am. I shouldn’t have to be woken up at 6 in the morning for multiple days by your company smacking hammers. Then when it actually gets to a decent time in the day to build a fence is when your guys leave for the day. You aren’t even open until 9:30 so why are you sending out guys to work at 6 in the morning?

I had this company install privacy fence for me last week and found everyone I dealt with extremely professional, courteous, skillful and honest. The fences are beautiful and sturdy. I highly recommend this company.
