I couldn't have had a better experience with someone than I had with Jorge this morning. I called him on Thursday and told him I had a broken spring. He asked if Saturday would be too far out, but it was absolutely perfect for our schedule this week. He showed up before his quoted arrival time, was more personable and friendly than 90% of society, gave me a quick price and knocked out the work very quickly, and my garage door works 10x better than it did before the spring broke cause he balanced it too. He checked the rest of the door out for quality too, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Before he was finished I remembered that I had bought a seal about a year ago for the bottom.
