Freemason Street Garage

This is hands down one of the best garages to park in downtown. It’s easy to get in and out of and the attendant as you come in is super sweet and always waves. It’s central access to everything downtown has to offer. You can exit at either end depending upon where you are going downtown. This is always where I park when I am going downtown.

Horrible customer service..I parked in that garage from 8:52 to 10:36, so about 2 hours. On the sign it said 2 hours would 2-3$ and when I went to go pay it came out to 6$. I only had 5$ in cash and nothing else so I could not pay 6$ I found a quarter in my car and ended up owing .75$ at the end. So I called them wanting to know why the price was different on the sign and if so could I just give them my liscense plate or something and they send me the bill for .75$ they told me to go park my car and go to an ATM. I explained that I didn't have my debit card and couldn't do that and they hung up. I called again and got hun up again after explaining my position. So then I called them on my phone and they once again hung up. This was incredibly rude and I personally will never park there agai

The staff here is ultra RUDE and disrespectful! Most of the spaces are reserved! I drove all the way to the 6TH floor and could not find a space so I left! The attendant still forced me to pay FULL PRICE!!!!

There was a guy letting people into the garage when we got there because the ticketing system was down and we were then told to let the staff know that he left let us in. When we were ready to leave there was no such staff and we were forced to it's choose the lost ticket option which cost us $13. This is unacceptable
