Jennifer was very unprofessional and in a big rush when cleaning our house. Cleaned the house in just 30 minutes. None of the nightstands or dressers in any of the bedrooms was dust or wipe. There was finger prints left on many high contact point that they said they cleaned and disinfected. My wife had to ask Jennifer (the owner) to take off her flip flops when changing the sheets on our bunk bed. She climbed on our bunk bed with flip flops on. Bed skirt on one of the bed was half tuck in and out. Windows and blinds wasn’t even clean. Dirty towels and empty water bottles was found in the house. When vacuuming we can hear the vacuum hitting the walls loudly numerous time. Closets wasn’t vacuum. She and her crew left without saying anything and making sure everything was ok. My wife ha

Jenn has not returned numerous phone calls, website contact info, and emails going all the way back to April. I finally saw her when she was cleaning next door last week and she promised to clean my house Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday this week. It's Wednesday night and my house was never cleaned! I told her that I was expecting guests tomorrow and she really let me down. I use her before COVID and she communicated nicely with me. Don't waste your time trying to reach her. Obviously, she's too busy to respond.

We've relied on Jenn and her crew to clean our beach house in Dewey Beach all summer long for the past 4 years and she has been absolutely reliable, always punctual, wonderful to work with and a great partner in trying to balance rentals with our own use of our beach house. Couldn't ask for more!
