Fresh Start Cleaning & Restoration

We hired fresh start cleaning and restoration for our carpets and out duct work. Couldn’t be happier with their services, Sam did a fantastic job! Great with their communication and explaining the process, didn't have to wait months for an appointment, and they were quick with their services! Highly recommend, and we will be using them in the future!

Fresh Start did our duct work after recently moving into a new home. We are more than impressed with the service provided! They arrived on time, were kind and explained the process, mindful of our cat, and got our duct works cleaned out within 90 minutes! Overall, Josh and Sam were easy and a joy to do business with! We will be using them for a carpet service in the future as well as regular duct work cleanings! Thank you Fresh Start!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I paid them to clean out the dryer vent, clean the basement walls and basement floor. They came out three times and still didn’t do the job correctly. After the third time I was told they would send me a refund and they never did. I called to complain about the poor work they were doing and the person on the phone had the audacity to complain about losing money because they had to send people out more than once. All pictures are from after they “cleaned”.

Less than satisfied! I gave the cleaners a large to do list, but for $400 the ONE cleaner did about 20% of the list and attempted a few more but all needed to be finished by us. I wish I just would have saved the $400 and done it myself.

Called yesterday and they were able to fit me in today, great service, very professional and were in an out in less than 2 hours. Would highly recommend for cleaning the vents in any house! Very appreciative of the work they did!
