Tommy was great, from consulting, to making recommendations, and providing estimates, he explained everything thoroughly, was quick to answer questions, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I couldn’t be happier with our floors and wish that we had done this a lot sooner. We worked with Tommy and his crew, which came recommended to us by word of mouth. Tommy was patient with me as I was unsure of when we wanted to do the project, how many rooms I wanted to do and how much I wanted to spend. I never felt pressured or that I was he was upselling me. Friends & Family Flooring was the first company I reached out to after we had water damage in our basement and needed to install new flooring.
