I am baffled how this business is so highly rated. I would give zero stars if I could. I am in the construction industry, so when I asked questions about harder areas or transitions of my roof, I was shocked when no one at this company seemed to know what I was talking about. They sub out their work. It took approximately 10 months from when insurance was approved and they got the insurance payment to when they finally did the work. They are horribly unresponsive to phone calls and emails. The only thing that got them to finally come do the install was showing up at their office in person and threatening to cancel the job, which I now deeply regret not following through with. Now, about 8 months later, my roof is leaking like crazy at the chimney and surprise surprise, no one is answering

We referred to Frisby Construction by my niece and called them to have my roof repaired and perhaps have my gutters replaced. Once they were available to repair our roof, the roofers we net were very knowledgeable and helpful in answering our questions. Very friendly and professional. They were very deligent, paid attention to detail and punctual. They kept us apprised of what they accomplished, the issues they came across with our roof, and did what was necessary to have it repaired properly. They were very hardworking and steadfast in being determined to get the job completed in a timely manner without cutting any corners. Do not do business with this company. I got an estimate and on Sept 30 2025 went to their location to discuss a contract. I explained to the woman prior to signing the contract that my roof had been leaking and if they would not be able to replace roof in a reasonable amount of time I would go elsewhere. We agreed on an install date on or before November 17 2025. I paid my deposit and within a few days I got a phone call that I needed to pay my second payment because the materials was scheduled to be delivered on Thursday and roof done on Saturday. I paid and got no materials,and no call no show on that Saturday. There has been a couple times that they said they would be out since then, and never show up. DONT give this company your money. I paid on October 8th with a contract stipulating my roof would be replaced within 30 days after closing (Oct 14th) and that I’d receive weekly updates. Unfortunately, neither has occurred. The company scheduled one appointment for October 20th but never showed up. Since then, I’ve made numerous attempts to reach them through phone calls, emails, texts, and voicemails—none of which have been returned. The one time I did receive a response, it’s a generic “we will get back to you on scheduling,” followed by complete silence for weeks. I’ve even driven to their office during business hours, only to find it “closed” every time. Frisby installed the roof and now the roof is having issues since it was not installed properly. Had a second honest Roof Co inspect the roof and they put in writing that a large section did not have nails in the shingles. Frisby is not standing by their so called " Lifetime warranty" Frisby is wanting another $1,400.00 to repair their incorrect installation. We have been trying to reach out to them to resolve this issue but they refuse to communicate. Their office is always closed and when you call you only get a text message reply. Stating we will get back to you shortly. But they never do. They are hoping we would just go away. Not a very professional business or very Christian ( since they use this word in their advertising).
