My neighbor’s fence is beautiful & he was pleased with their work so I used them to replace my old fence with a new fence & now my fence is beautiful too! Jonathan was responsive to me along the way and the installment crew were timely, neat and efficient. I was not home during the time but my mom was and she really liked them - they showed her options along the way and kept her informed. I appreciate the different payment options as well. I highly recommend them.

After having a good experience with a fence repair, cleaning and staining in my backyard last year, I told my neighbor about this company and I contacted them again hoping they could repair the part of the fence we share on the other side of the yard. Also my neighbor wanted his gates reattached since the wood is rotten. I have contacted Frisco Fence multiple times, sent photos, they asked for more photos, which I sent and they have basically ghosted me ever since. I even called and talked to someone in the office and she said she would have the employee get back to me. It's been about two months since first contact and they are basically ghosting me and will not get me a quote. I get it if they are busy, but at least make an effort to communicate that to your customers instead of ignoring

When I first called Frisco Fence LLC, I was really impressed with how courteous and helpful Holly was in responding to my request for a quote to extend our current fence as well as add two new gates and decorative detail to the entire project. Because of how busy they were, she suggested providing a quote based on my description of the project instead of coming out to my home. I did as she requested and sent photos of our current fence, where we would like new fencing and photos of other fences that included details of what we were hoping to do. This took a good amount of time and I was very pleased with how attentive and interested she was in doing the project at first. I received an estimate on 10/21/2024 and one day later had contacted the firm to get a clarification. Today is11/5/2024. Phone calls by myself have not provided any clarifying information at all.
