I did not use their service, however they were great on the phone, explained how to shut off my sprinklers from the front of the house, and provided clear service charges up front. I was able to repair my sprinkler by myself based on their suggestion. I will definitely call them when I have a major problem or need an installation done.

Gabriel, with Mr Sprinkler Repair did a great job at a fair price. I will be using them again. They repaired a leaking valve box at the street. The company was also efficient at return and answering the phone, even on SATURDAY. They appear to be a company trying to succeed and these type companies, should get all the business they want.

Frisco Sprinkler Repair came out in April to replace a malfunctioning head. Included in the service call fee was supposedly an inspection of my whole residential irrigation system and they would let me know if they found any other problems. As it turns out, a head in my backyard was bad as well but was not caught by the technician. It did not show up until a month later after a period of no rain. The head in question sits in a rock garden and sprays onto grass a few feet away. Due to its location, it is not at risk from mechanical damage from a mower or trimmer. I have been a homeowner for 11 years and this is by far the best professional service I ever had. Even 2 weeks after repair was completed, they still came out to educate me on how to operate the sprinkler system. Please consider them before you look elsewhere for your sprinkler repairs.

Great service. Technician knew exactly what was wrong and told me how much it will cost to fix. Process were very reasonable. Will surely call again if needed.
