Frix Appliance Repair

I scheduled a service call with Frix Appliance late last year and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. After describing the issue with my Bosch double oven, I was given information that, later, turned out to be inaccurate, specifically that the double oven was “unfixable.” Randy offered a discount on the service call and asked for $45. Randy also strenuously suggested that I purchase a non-Bosch replacement from Lowes and gave me the name of someone at Lowes who would give me a small discount. What made the situation most uncomfortable was, at the end of the visit, when I extended my hand for a handshake, Randy opened his arms and gave me an unsolicited hug, which felt unprofessional and inappropriate in a business setting. Randy came to my business to look at a dryer. The dryer was unfortunately not repairable, but Randy still took his time with educating me on the appliances we had. He was kind and had a great sense of humor. His wife, Kim, is who I first spoke with to schedule the appointment and she was so sweet. Any appliance repairs I need in the future whether for my business or home I will use no one but Frix.

Randy is very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to repair my oven door quickly. His experience in knowing Viking appliances was very helpful. He then showed me incredibly helpful maintenance tips for my dishwasher, garbage disposable, freezer and washing machine. I highly recommend him. I just wish I had found out about him sooner.

Randy Frix is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in all your appliance needs. He went above and beyond in helping us learn proper maintenance and care to extend the life of our appliances. We highly recommend him.

This guy is awesome. Knows his stuff and is fair and quick. I had a broken dishwasher and he replaced the part but also did above and beyond work because he saw it needed to be done while he was working on it. Pricing was transparent and labor price is normal. After he taught me all sorts of tricks on appliance upkeep. Would absolutely use again.
