Called for an evaluation of home sprinkler system pump not working correctly. They came out, spent 20 minutes looking at the system and decided that I needed a $3500-4000 repair to replace the pump (which they originally installed when the house was built 6 years ago) or they also suggested just to turn off the system altogether and not worry about it. REALLY, you told me to turn off my home sprinker system and you are in the business of installing these. WOW. They spent no time trying to fix the issue, but did charge me 250.00 for this. When asked they said they should have charged me double this as this is their customary fee. Their fees were never disclosed to me, so I am the fool for not asking, but it was a little outrageous.
