Great experience with Front Range Water Heater. They were able to get me a quote quickly over the phone. Price was competitive and their communication from start to finish was amazing. Tim did a great job changing out the water heater. He explained everything very thoroughly and got it done quickly.

The crew was professional and highly efficient in all aspects of installing the new water line from tap to the house and also the new tankless water heater. Plumbers Greg and Justin were very knowledgeable and skilled in all aspects of reconfiguring the plumbing and installing the water heater. All of the crew were very personable and informative!

Tim repaired our hot water heater the same day we called after having been scammed out of $1289 by Anywhere Rooter to do the same repair. He did the work on short notice and after hours, but was methodical, careful, professional and kind, and the work was done at a reasonable price. Chose Front Range Water Heater & Excavation due to their excellent customer service and willingness to answer all my questions. They provided several estimates as we changed our minds between electric and gas. Finally went for the Bradford White Power Direct Vent model which so far is working great. This was not just a water heater replacement, but a complete redoing of our pipes as well as rerouting the exhaust vent and adding a combustion intake that was not there before. Ivan was our technician and he is the main reason for this great review. He was simply amazing on how he fixed the previously installed lines to make it very professional and clean.
