Frost Landscape & Design

Frost Landscape & Design has not met basic expectations for maintaining Falling Water II in Bonney Lake. They installed the original landscaping and now hold the maintenance contract with J&M Management (w/ KB Home Board Members), yet clover, crabgrass, and weeds in turf areas are not being addressed, large patches of dead grass have remained for years, and irrigation and drainage are poorly managed. While KB Home is still paying dues during buildout, the community feels like it is on autopilot, with Frost either taking advantage of the situation or operating under reduced services at lower cost. Clover, crabgrass, and weeds continue to spread in turf areas without being treated. Large patches of dead grass have been left untouched for over two years, visible even on Google Earth historic

Working in community management, we rely heavily on our vendors to help maintain the communities we manage. Frost has been wonderful as the contracted landscapers at a community we manage in Bonney Lake. The community is beautifully maintained, I never get any complaints from residents, and Brittany is a pleasure to work with. Always friendly, professional and willing to help, I would definitely recommend them for your redesign projects and routine maintenance!

We've been using Frost Lamdscaping for a few years and are extremely pleased with their services. I have recommended them to several neighbors and friends. Prior to selecting Frost, I had heard several stories about landscaping services not showing up regularly, being careless, not fully completing contracted jobs and even billing issues. We have weekly (2x a month in winter) yard maintenance done ... lawn mowing, weeding, plant/bush trimming, blowing all residue off porch, patio, drive way & street. The lawn team is always here when expected, they are very efficient, friendly, and good at answering questions that arise about plants, etc. In addition, we have had smaller landscaping projects done ( a paver patio built & plants planted to enhance our landscaping) and all had excell

I had one of their landscaping trucks with a trailer pull out in front of me at 7:30 this morning 12-3-2025 while I was going 50 mph. I'm a truck driver and i'm loaded to 105,500 lb. I had to slam my brakes on to avoid hitting him. Then he slammed his brakes on to make an illegal left hand turn into the Chevron on Sumner orting highway. Which once again caused all of us to have to slam our brakes on in order to avoid a wreck once again caused by this person. If this is the caliber of employee that works for them I would absolutely never trust anything to their care. Almost caused a major collision twice within 30 seconds, absolutely pathetic and unacceptable.

The crews consistently demonstrate punctuality, commence work promptly, and maintain a professional appearance in the work area. All company representatives are approachable and communicate effectively regarding service-related concerns. Having utilized their services for several years, I remain highly satisfied with the quality delivered.
