We decided to winterize our back porch. It was screened but the weather did dictate our time out there. I loved being out there & so, I guess, it was important to me. We interviewed 3 companies, we didn't know what was involved or cost. F&S cost was in the middle of the other two. OK ! But, they also had the other strong points & as we met them it sealed the deal for us. Jason, sales representative, explained everything, wasn't pushy, worked with us & later sent us a very thorough breakdown of the job. Jesse, project manager was serious, checked our porch out & we knew that it would be done correctly. The guys who did the work: a big " thank you " to John, Wilson, Chad, Nat & Joshua. They were professional, respectful, focused on details & skilled. We had a few things that weren't working

F&S did a great job tearing down an existing deck carefully so I could repurpose most of the boards. New construction consisted of screen in porch and an additional extension deck with provisions for a gas fire pit. Everything about the project was stress free, starting with the quotation and planning stage to final construction. Everyone in the process was very professional and addressed/resolved any issues as they came up in a timely manner . I would recommend F&S to anyone regarding any home improvement projects.

I can’t say enough good about the home repairs that F&S have done for me. They completed everything in a timely manner. The staff were all very helpful to explain options and to answer all of my questions. I have definite plans to use this company in the near future for more work at my home.

F&S built a new 3 car garage for us. From the early design stage with Alicia to project management and completion with Mitch, our experience could not have been better. They gave us great and thoughtful advice, started and finished on schedule, materials arrived when planned, communication was excellent and team members were very professional. We were always kept informed if there were changes to planned work. We have worked with many contractors, and we could not provide a higher recommendation.

Due to shoddy construction that was done 20 years ago, my sunroom sunk about 3 inches. F&S jacked it up, installed proper footing and the everything lined back up. The windows were all aligned, the door now works and all I had to do was some minor sparkling and pain inning and the room looks as good as new. Thank you F&S, especially Jesse, the foreman
