FTS Excavation

After initial contact with FtS, someone came to our home to talk through our project. We needed a drainage system installed and concrete laid on the side of the house. We were given suggestions and options when possible as the project was planned. Our many questions were answered clearly. We received an estimate of the costs soon after. We received substantial information about what the project entailed and about timelines for completing the work. All employees were respectful of our property and the work was completed effectively and in a timely manner. The completed work was excellent.

Frank and his team have been an absolute godsend. We had 5 ft of standing water in our yard from run off and poor drainage (clay). We had several companies out for estimates but FTS were the only ones with the experience and the skill for this level of project. They even coordinated with the plumbers working in the crawlspace for a combined interior and exterior solution. They stuck to the estimate and timeline, and gave us a very fair price, especially considering the difficulty. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

FTS was excellent to work with! We had unknown water issues expose themselves during the last big storm. They came out quickly, assessed and explained what was needed, and were able to get the job done quickly and within the timeline they projected. I thought the quote was fair price wise and they will be who we call for further backyard work if ever we need work done again.

Frank came on time, did what was needed and it looks great now. My ramp had a concrete landing that covered the access to my septic tank by about 1 foot. He cut the concrete and it looks like it was made that way to start with. If I could, I would give him 10 stars! Thanks Frank! 👍

Joe from FTS installed a beautiful fresh gravel driveway. It was very needed because I have friends with walkers and my driveway was soft and difficult for them to navigate before. But now it’s new and well compacted, which makes it easy for them to visit. I highly recommend.
