We have 3 Fujitsu mini split units in our restaurant and all of a sudden 2 of them totally went off. Tried 6 other technicians who all gave absurd and exorbitant quotes, prior to contacting Steven. The very first talk was very professional. He visited us and did not charge an inspection fee unlike the others. He told me the reason the units were not working. He said that he could repair both but would cost more than installing a new one. Also, these units are old so there is no guarantee for the repair. I agreed on a new unit but did not care what brand he was getting as I needed the a/c very urgently. On the day of the installation, he came w
