I had an issue with my HVAC heating my home after a very cold 18 degree night. Thank God it didn't stop working until the morning, after it had eventually warmed up some. I called Fulford Heating and cooling, and they sent someone out within two hours. Mason arrived and immediately went to work. He checked and tested everything thoroughly. He was able to diagnose that the fan motor in the air handler was bad. He had the part on the truck, and was able to get me up and going very quickly. He was very knowledgeable, wasn't in a big hurry, answered all my questions thoroughly, and took time to explain things. He also tested everything thoroughly before he left.
