They were in a word, awesome. Had the part replaced quickly and even went over some of the stuff with my boyfriend like adjusting water pressure. Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Amount charged was much less than expected and even gave a 5 yr warranty on the part. Having issues with your well sucks, but if you do, call these guys. Top notch work and customer service.

These men did a great job drilling us a new well. Our old one was bringing up clay, Joel recommended two options. He was not pushy about either option. He could have just told us we needed a new well and made his money, we respected that he mentioned an option that benefited him less. We decided to drill a new well and it was a super smooth process. He answered all our phone calls in between and visually explained his drilling process. His team left the yard clean and were friendly. Definitely give them a call.

I had an issue with my well/pump that was being serviced by another company . That company was unable to finish the job. I called Fulgham well service and explained the situation. They came out the next day and finished the job in under an hour. They were professional, courteous, and very communicative. I would highly recommend for Fulgham well services and I will definitely use them again if I have a problem. 5 Stars!!!!

I contacted this company based on a referral, hoping they would resolve issues with my well. Despite replacing numerous components during the initial visit and assuring me that the well was fixed, problems persisted. The water pressure would drop, requiring me to prime the pump multiple times. Each time I called them back, they insisted the system was working correctly. After three instances of pressure loss, I reached out to them again. However, they were unable to identify the root cause, claiming everything seemed fine. The pressure fell so slowly that the pressure switch couldn't activate the pump, forcing me to prime it repeatedly. After my family was hit by a tornado a couple weeks ago, we have had issues with our iron filtration system that was installed by another company. It wasn’t great prior to the tornado but was worse after that occurrence and we had little help from the company that installed it.
