Stones Heating and Air

We have used stones multiple times and they WERE great! We recently had some work done and they added on a “cleaning” fee of the unit indoor and outdoor for $165 and $175. I would not agree to $340 had they told me pricing. I asked for pricing and was only told Freon for a set price. I tried to pay before he left and he wouldn’t let me. Then I get a bill with the cleaning fee I didn’t agree to. Will never recommend them again. In the past I was told all cost and given written invoice. This time I’m being called a liar instead of them trying to help the situation.

Stones Heating and Air is awesome, had a problem with our unit and they worked us in to get a warranty repair on our unit that day. Price was great, Matt the AC Tech knew his stuff, and now we are up and running nice and cool. Been using Stones Heating and Air for over 9 years and they always deliver.

I had a guy come to the house to give me an estimate on a AC . It’s been over a week since he came & looked at my system. We still don’t have an estimate on a AC unit. It’s never taken this long to get an estimate on anything. Idk what the problem is. We will call someone else. This is very unprofessional. Yess I called several times including today.

Came home to a hot house today. Called Stones and they had me back Cooling within the hour. Great service, very knowledgeable technicians, professional service. Thanks guys you were awesome!
