I recently had the pleasure of working with Hornet Steel Buildings Inc. and couldn’t be more impressed. Austin, my salesman, was absolutely outstanding—knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly respectful throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond, quoting my steel building multiple times as we made adjustments with our project engineer. I’m especially grateful for the time he took out of his weekend to meet with me personally at his office and go over everything in detail. His expertise not only streamlined the process but also helped improve the overall value of our structure. Tried to order 3 buildings from hornet. Told them I need them asap. They said they could get me 2 asap, well I guess 8 weeks is asap. They never asked about the 3rd building. So I ordered it elsewhere and it came in a week sooner than hornets. I told them it was going on peirs and asked about the bottom girt placement. They said it would be a major ordeal to change it. Well, they sent base angle to attach the side walls to instead of girts. Base angle isn't strong enough to hold the tin on that distance apart. I'm having to go elsewhere and purchase the materials I need to prevent my new tin from getting messed up.

Buyer beware !! We purchased a 40x100 building and did not do an inventory of the items as we trusted all items would be there. Once the guys got to the windows they realized the trim pieces were not there along with the trim pieces for the garage doors. At first contact to let them know about the pieces missing, we were told some of the items were not included but, when we pointed out these items on the supply list, he doesn't believe they left them out. It cost us another $700 for items they did not ship with our order. It has taken 4 months for us to get the building almost finished and they are using this as another excuse for not giving us the missing pieces. I would not recommend them nor will we use them in the future !!

What a place and what a people. Very professional place. Enjoyed my visit. They don't rush you and let you tie down your load without the pressure of you might be holding up their work. Thank you Hornets steel.
