Jason and Levi were great. Our gas fireplace wouldn't turn on and Jason found the problem and had it running in no time. He also cleaned it while he was here and gave us some expert advice on our furnace. Very professional and courteous. They even texted us and gave us a 30 minute heads up to when they would be to our house in Cologne which was very accommodating since I had to leave work to meet them. Great job guys. Nick

I will definitely use Full Time Heating & Cooling again. They arrived right when they said they would and quickly diagnosed an issue with my furnace circuit board. They were able to source a new part and make the repair the same day. They also provided valuable insight on other issues with my venting and even addressed one of them while on the call. From start to finish, Jason resolved my issue, getting a 30 year old Heat n Glo working and looking brand new. Jason did a fantastic job installing a new whole-house humidifier for us. Jason clearly has a ton of experience and everything went exactly as he said it would. The quality is excellent, he offered a variety of options ahead of time, he was super flexible about where we wanted the system and controller mounted, he did a great job explaining how everything worked, and he patiently answered a bunch of unrelated HVAC questions afterward. Jason is great!
