Great communication and work on a hardwired EVSE installation. Nexx was open to various configurations and was open about options and did not immediately push for an expensive service upgrade out of the gate as others have before. I also appreciated their willingness to try and press the electrical inspector (not Nexx's problem but they were willing to accommodate). Would recommend them for an EV charging installation as they know what they're doing.

While working with individuals was a pleasure - they were polite, hardworking, and clear, the whole process was a bit of a nightmare. Nobody showed up on the first date of my level 2 charger install. However, they were apologetic and they came out the week after and did a great job installing. I was told they were going to contact the state to get an electrical inspector to come out and check their work before Xcel energy could hook up my garage. Again, they said the inspector would come next Tuesday, but nobody came out because they forgot to contact the inspector. It took me 3 weeks to get in contact with anyone at Nexx Energy to understand what was happening.
